Hi All,

We are looking for a place (ANY kind of place) around Dublin to be initially used as a rehearsal space and then converted into a studio (must be secure)

...... Anybody knows any?

If not, we might have found a place but it quite expensive so we should share it with some other bands... anybody interested?
