Yeah, they're just waiting for the building to be sold they're out of there. The guy in there owns the actual building so that's why it's not closed. I'd say the Ticketmaster sales are paying the wages and that's just keeping them going. When they close there'll not even be a place in the entire city to buy tickets.

sad to hear but not surprising. I've spent a hour in there on the last two occasions I've been up [Saturdays]. No other customers and I bought very little myself.

The Belfast chazzas aren't bad for records.
