there's a punk chap in prison in oregon (amerikay) looking for penpals, he seems a sweet guy with a good line in home-made book of kells style postcards.
if anyone has the time send me a PM and i'll give you more details about him and some pointers for writing to prisoners in general.
writing to prisoners is quite rewarding and of course getting letters is The Best.

being involved in a car crash in which somebody died.
someone i've been writing to for years gave me his address so i'm comfortable with that.

i sometimes write to a grind mad punker guy whos in for burning down a church if that's easier to stomach. he's in for life actually. quite sad.
