The font is shit and E in "noise" juts out showing the limited "design" skills of the plagiarist.

This is deliberately transgressive. By bringing the E partially outside the perimeter of the grid - an "aesthetic cage", if you will - the designer is suggesting that hope is a function of upheaval. To hope, we must be made to feel uncomfortable with the present, disillusioned with formal boundaries, and ready to substitute screen grabs with psi-trance rainbow flares.
