Cast the statue in pure gold, place it at the head of a class of real live homeless children in a shelter adjacent to the make up counter in brown thomas while enticing the rich and powerful throw brand new laptops at the whole shebang, shouting AFFLUENCE! AFFLUENCE!

Now everyones happy.
