Looking to get a P.A. at a fairly reasonable price (€600-800), something like 2K. Anyone know what sorta make I should be looking for?

you'd get a very secfond hand 1.2k 16 track studio master for that .. but I doubt it would cover the speakers .. they'd be €600 on their own !ninjaaaa
