That was delicious.

Fact: The Alps are made of sweet cheese. No word of a lie. I ate a whole one.

I guess I'm ashamed. But it was delicious.

I mean, really. And anyway, Alps are like rainforests, redwoods and gorillas: there's plenty for everyone and it's important to exercise population control.

Or was that portion control?

I don't know. All I know is that there was some blackberry and cheese strudel on top of an Alp, and it was just out of the oven, and we'd been hiking for hours and the trail mix wasn't cutting it, and there was the strudel, just sitting there, shouting, "DO YOUR WURST!" and I just ate it all up in like one bite.

Oh fuck.

There was also an issue with some rum raisin ice cream and this other kind that was like chocolate and peanut.

And seriously, though, thank fuck for mountains for running up and down or I'd have come back about three sizes bigger.
