The New Inn on New street,That was a cracking room.

Saw a lotta great bands there

The Underground. Now a gentleman's club, I believe.

The Funnel Bar was a good one.

And The Furnace. Saw a great no means no gig there. And in The Ormond too.

There was a great run of Hope Promotions gigs in barnstormers up in capel street - neurosis, Grotus, victims family, holy rollers, Alice Donut...

Loads of great gigs in the Attic. Green Day,Crudos,Ebola,J Church,Down By Law etc. I think the building is knocked down now.

No, it's still there. They extended the pub so it's a good bit bigger now. It was taken over by the guy that ran the Merrion Inn for a few years but the original owner Ger is back running the place now with her kids. They don't host gigs anymore but her son Con runs a thing called the breakfast club some weekends, which is a house/techno night that starts at 7am.

That place hosted some great gigs. The Dropkick Murphy's one was deadly and I think I saw Oxymoron there...but my 90s is a drunken haze

I was at that Circus Lupus/Lungfish gig. I don't know why.

Looking again at the footage 20 years later I'm still not sure

The Boom Boom Room - was this run in the Parnell Mooney? I know it moved to downstairs in Murray's later on.

Downstairs in the Parnell Mooney had loads of gigs...I don't remember it being called The Boom BoomRoom though

There were gigs upstairs for a while too
