I bought it for my 1 year old Niece and she cooed to!
Its really mellow AND looks very nice on the shelf

My sister was in london and got this CD where they put you kids name in all the songs, so now we've an album with songs about getting up, going to the zoo, loving animals, going to sleep and everyton has Thomas in it:

"Wake up . . . Thomas . . ."
"Thomas is going to the zoo"
It's your birthday Thomas"

. . . you get the idea - lump in the throat listening - he's going to love it once he's a bit older and isn't so into puking and farting.
