All mine were at Rush there in London last week,
Neil Peart's revolving drum solo taking the prize,
but fuck me if he's not the best drummer in the world.
In general they were amazing, not just for the lazers ,pyrotechnics and the
show they put on, but the music has aged really well. I reckon they've been an influence (realised or not) to a lot of math-rock type bands I like now. Which makes me happy as I can now time travel back to my teenage self and tell him that it's actually cool to listen to Rush despite the kimonos and
spaceships.
