Every article I read by him feels like taking a random topic and using it as an excuse to make lazy jokes.

Some of them but not enough. His routine was good the first few times I read him but it’s the same thing every time now.

His book is well worth a read.
And some of his articles are jokey. But they seem to be the ones about fluff TV shows? I only read a couple of his pieces from Chad, and they were far from jokey.
