Minor Pleasures (5 Viewers)

I just imagined mozzarella being so soft as to be ungrateable.Apparently not.

There's a low moisture version that's used on commercial pizzas and that sort of thing.

Had dinner last night with a friend that has just done a mozzarella making class. And I've been following the story of this guy in the states that's trying to make mozzarella from American buffalo milk. Can't get it like the Italian stuff yet. The primo stuff - buffala mozzarella.

Charleville red cheddar & mozzarella grated cheese. two different types of cheese conveniently grated and placed in the one bag. I like it.

Grated mozzarella?I didn't think that would be possible.

it's possible alright, and easily available at most supermarkets.

Aldis FT grated mozzarella W!

It's often what's put on pizzas

I've been thinking of trying to make cheese, doesn't seem all that difficult. How did your friend find it?

She loved it. She's going to get all the gear and start doing it at home.

This is the American guy and his struggles.

Although I know that a guy in Cork has had success making it with imported Italian buffalo.
Had to be a Corkman like.

We tried to make yoghurt once and it was a disaster.

We can only assume he's cheating in some manner.(The cork man that is)

Once nothing catches fire it can be considered a success.

Mozzarella thread. Pricks.

Couple of decent laughs to be had in the Bratz doll thread alright.

Listening to Man who sold The world..and noticing I use the same panning on my guitars as Tony Visconti.
