I have that CD, it's good! The definitive EEG-based composition for me is Alvin Lucier's "Music for Solo Performer", especially the original LP with Lucier's brain controlling one side and Pauline Oliveros "thinking aloud" on the other. I only have a rip of it though, the CD I have is someone else and it's really long, not quite as satisfying.

Went to a physiotherapist on Saturday for my borked shoulder.
She gave me good news, exercises and taped it up for extra support for a few days.
I can do sports now without extra pain. As a result I played the most enjoayable game of indoor football last night despite a massive lack of fitness and Christmas fat bouncing everywhere
