Y'know whats mad...when my sleep is bad I get really sick.Ear infections and MENTAL itchy face.Head like a beetroot.
When I get my sleep right..it all clears up.
Sleep is when the bodies maintenance lads start their shifts.

As an aside..if theres any truth in this..I'm pretty sure I'll never catch cancer seeing as though I'm 60% amoxicillan most of the time.

Exactly the same. I get really, really bad sinus issues when I don't sleep, I feel like my head is entirely swollen and I'm all itchy and horrible. I always feel super dirty when I'm tired too, like I'm filthy even when I'm not...
