It's hard to snack on vegetables. I made parsnip crisps at the weekend but between peeling, slicing, cooking and burning them I had only about 10 edible crisps for about an hours work.

Angela's technique was the big screen in the local recently, one those programmes where they show stuff off the net. The place was full of auld ones, I was the only one a bit shocked.

I can't stop snacking. I try to steer clear of biscuits.

I find if you cut out meals then snacking is fine

I made some similar, and found that it works a bit better if you make larger chips, only use the low-cal spray oil, so you can make sure they're covered but not swimming in oil, and then lay them out on the rack in the oven rather than in a dish like so -

I got way more large scale chippies out of this
