I'm sorry to hear this news, the problem is unlikely to resolve itself. My colleague is worse than ever even though she has mentioned in passing that one of her nearest and dearest actually told her to close her mouth when she's eating. She must have heard them as she repeated it but the message failed to sink in. I'm hardly ever on at the same time as her anymore though so I'm happy to see her these days (until the bag of fruit comes out on the desk)
