I don't understand why people keep buying houses.

Prices have fallen significantly; it's nicer (particularly) if you have children to have somewhere you own rather than rent.

While renting was great at the time, moving a shitload of possessions every 12/18 months was awful.

ah no, very enjoyable little nixer and i was only there for the more sober moments before their nights of chaos started!
