Merry Christmas Everyone (1 Viewer)

I worked over Christmas—I had Christmas Day and St. Stephen's Day off, though. It was the first time in years I hadn't had time off. It is very, very hard to summon any enthusiasm for work.

I really needed a break. I've not had more than a couple of days properly 'unplugged' from work for the past year. I'd have taken off until monday if I didn't have a deadline on monday. (set by somebody who won't be back to work until monday of course)

have you come across any stray mince pies? I've just polished off the last ridiculously rich Christmas 'biscuit' (less a biscuit - more a delivery modality or thick dark chocolate)
I finished them off last Sunday with a pot of tea and Where Eagles Dare on the tv

They will not pass my lips again until the second week in December

Put our tree up today.

its a pop-up tree so took about 12 seconds to put up,

Its the first time in about 5 years we've put up a tree.

The only reason we put it up is cos we'll be in Latvia for most of December/January so fuck it
Hey man Merry Christmas and God bless you
