Maps - 'We Can Create'
The View - 'Hats Off To The Buskers'

Dizzee Rascal - 'Maths & English'
Bat For Lashes - 'Fur And Gold'
Young Knives - 'Voices of Animals And Men'
New Young Pony Club - 'Fantastic Playroom'
Basquiat Strings - 'Basquiat Strings'

Well done to the Young Knives. I didn't think the album was amazing but they were very good live.

What's the second arctic monkeys album like?

ugh...pretty dull stuff for the most part there, dont think ive heard any of the albums in their entirety. tracks i have heard off dizzees are good though, like to see him get it(again?...cant remember if he won it for his first one)

who do you thinks missing there?

yea i dunno, i suppose there has been a dearth of really good British music lately.but they always go on about how eclectic the shortlist is and they never have any rock.like proper rockin.would've liked to have seen Giddy Motors or someone get a nod.

what's the criteria again? you have to be from Britain or Ireland, do you have to be signed to a major aswell or something?
