a massage will loosen up the muscles in the area but you've probably got a build up trigger points which are easily fixed providing you go to a massage therapist that knows what they're doing. Also you'll probably need to get work done on: Pectorals major, minor and Sternocleidomastoid. I say probably because it's hard to know without doing a posture assessment.

it's not that bad. but if you just treat the sore area the problem will come back quicker that if you treat the whole problem area.

i'd say you'd be better off going for a sports massage.

i havent made it to melt yet but luckily i did get a great massage while i was on me holliers that loosened up my upper back a bit. a trip to melt is definitely needed soon though
