did anyone see this last night...we really live the good life in ireland.
it covered the last few years of civil war up to the exile of Charles Taylor and the lack of response by the international and african communities.
both sides involved in the conflict were crying out for someone, anyone to come to prevent a major confrontation in monrovia...and no one responded before clashes started.
in the end it only took the arrival of 200 nigerian peacekeepers to have a major calming influence on the situation...crazy.
