Led Zeppelin to reform and tour (2 Viewers)

They're my all time favourite band, and if I miss this I will have to do something drastic, like kiss Hag or something.

I went to see Page and Plant in the Point years back, thinking "whatever", and they blew me away. They didn't play any Lord of the Rings stuff, just the good old cock rock. I think it's the interaction and showmanship between Page and Plant that was really great.

Oh and Plant's voice has aged very well. He can't hit the high notes but it's gotten very em....oaky? His most recent album is not bad at all.

1,000,000,000,000. plant (the sound of his voice goes with the music but lyrically, he's an inept tramp.)

listening to zep makes me feel real happy, giddy, inspired, sexy, bold, cheeky, amazed, high.... all at the same time... CAN YOU IMAGINE MY FACIAL EXPRESSION???

they're awesome. anthony, each time i read you saying "meh" about zep... the image i have of you in my mind turns more and more like anthony from anthony and the johnsons (who i like by the way but they do not rock it).

one day, queue like sheep, 8£ euro tofu burger, plastic cup beer, sound of generators, no john bonham.

NO.
thee's almost no queueing at the O2 arena, the food selection is amazing. beer is like becks or something really nice. also comes in bottles which you can bring into the gig. there's no sound of generators. john bonham is dead so that really shouldn't come as any surprise.
i've known you to waste more of your resources on cheap slags in the past... why all high and mighty now? ;)

fairchild or freeman?

cake. and lots of it.

mine too, awesome musicians, unbelievably tight - the shellac of their day

the best that can be said of the lyrics is "they were of their time" but who cares about lyrics anyways!!!!??!!!!!!

I care about lyrics!

I think Plant got a bad rap. His lyrics could be very good. Sometimes, though, they were pretty bad. But that was made up for by the greatness of everything else.

shellac? sheeeesh... i would say they're more like the redneck manifesto (guitar-wise) of their day than the shellac of their day. you have an unhealthy obsession with shellac jimbo ;)
