she's back, the kiss greeting english head honcho woman. just met her and i fired out the arm straight away, shake accepted, no awkwardness.

AAARRGGGH she's back this morning and i fires out the lamh to which she replies "you can have a kiss, you're in the fold". back to awkward square one.

Or you could have smiled and said "No thanks" or "I'd prefer a handshake". I'd persist with the hand. It is extremely insensitive of her to push for physical contact when there are so many people who have issues with the idea.

And I still think that it borders on harrassment.
