im with ed, kaospilot were -heavy as- but for angular thrills and less-than-obvious progressions, angora static kept me firmly on the edge of my feet. plus their drummer made amazing facial expressions while playing, rivalling rory tenpastseven in the "is he in agony or extasy?" stakes. and their tshirts are better.

I liked both bands, i kinda liked they way I got the impression Kaospilot having toured before and having been together longer just took their mates band ie Angora Static out on tour, both bands were different but equally great, though i have to say i enjoyed Kaospilot more, though Angora Static were a lot of fun to watch and Tuesday in Belfast was my fave gig for a long time, Kaospilot have been to the Uk before now and I'd say it's a pretty fucking safe bet to say they'll be back within 18 months or so... yay!!

thanks everyone who came out to the gigs, sad to say though that even though theres all this praise for both bands the turnouts at any of their gigs in ireland werent the best. maybe next time. fucking frazers though, what an annoying place. hopefully we'll never have to use it again.

the turnouts were pretty disappointing but the Dublin one was massive compared to Cork.
two of the nicest bands ive ever met as well, they better be back.
Thought Frazers was okish apart from the dodgy sound and the smell of crap...

Can't say I was overly impressed with Angora Static myself - not that there was anything wrong with the music, but it just didn't really go anywhere interesting.
