HARDCORE ragga stylings hitting Traffic
Friday October 19th.

This will be Jamaican dancehall slayer, Warrior Queen's Irish debut and a welcome return for
heavyweight don, Kevin Martin aka The Bug.

Having earned huge acclaim for her various monster collaborations and devastating mic skills, Warrior Queen's chats
have been ripping apart dancefloors and are guaranteed to heave the roof offa traffic.
The Bug's brutal and raw riddims (released on labels as diverse as Wordsound, Rephlex, Tigerbeat6/Shockout and Ninja Tune)
and his alliance with badman mcs such as Cutty Ranks, Wayne Lonesome, Ras B and Flowdan make him undisputed
king of the toxic dancehall.

support from t-WOC, PCP and special guest...

Proper BASS business on a proper BASS-tastic sound...this gig will burn the place down.

looking forward to this now.... been asked to play some funk at mates b day before this, a nice contrast

what a gig!
crowd were hilarious, no one wanted to leave and the bouncers were well pissed off, bunch of coked up mules.
bring on N TYPE!

this was killer....most fun of the 3 times i done seen him
not as heavy soundwise as the shelter a few years ago
but still amazing

Deadly gig,

For the record, Warrior Queen had loads of hassle getting into the country! So she had to fly back to London, then Belfast, then down to Dublin. Think the lads from Diston drove her down. Fair Play lads.

Anyone recognise that Kode9/Spaceape remix the Bug played? Sounds like it was a remix of one of the songs from "Memories of the Future"?

I never thought I'd say this - but Too much bass!

Good night tho and lovely crowd

kp

yeap it was like being in a wind tunnel of bass.
I think i can safely say i have never heard or felt bass that loud anywhere.

best bug gig i have seen so far.

pitty there was a delay getting in had to sit upstairs in traffic ( shudder)
