Bought a new Jim O'rourke 7'' single in Road recently called "Despite the Water Supply". Drones and glitches, really good.

Now this is someone who has got the hang of the Tenori-On. She goes by the name Little Boots. The second song is one of her own, seriously catchy. It'll probably be inescapable next summer.

weird, I was watching those little Boots videos last week and was going to bump this thread about the Tenori-On! God I'd really love one, they're amazing. Dunno how she managed to sing, play piano and use the tenori-on when she was on Jools Holland. There's an interview with her in the Guardian this week but Alexis Petridis says she used a stylophone, which shows he never even bothered to watch her performance. Tut tut Alexis! Seems like she's being touted as the 'next big thing' this year so she'll be all over the place soon. She's definitely good but I'm not sure how she's different to a lot of people out there.
