As you were enquiring about the type of macro lense

Interesting, I do actually own a macro lense though and have so for a while.
the Canon 100 2.8.

I had some macro filters once that were pretty sweet. They came in varying degrees of macronicity and cost but e5 on ebay. Screw to the front and away ye goes.
