Janer was banned on the presumption that there was something offensive in his post- (a pretty understandable assumption based on the language, the warnings and well...this is Janer...)

But,the fact that there wasn't anything offensive ( that I can see) in the actual clip seems irrelevant to many

people in work can certainly get into trouble for looking at videos of people being set on fire and run over by cars. They can get sacked for looking at porn (if that's what it was).

Being self-employed, I've just got myself into trouble with myself and sacked me on the spot for watching porn! I gave myself a months severance pay though because I have been a good worker up to this point, but little do I know I'm planning on stealing my computer and a few boxes of paper clips before I leave my bedroom and try and find a new job from the kitchen.
