And I must be old cos it doesn't appeal to me at all.... eyre square is a no go area for all the pukin' and fightin'. You cant get a pint anywhere without stepping over people. I'm heading to the quiet side of town and being a loner for tonight I think... easy knowing I'm a mature student!!!

I was talking to a friend of mine there who was in Galway last night, he said NUIG and GMIT are having their rag weeks at the same time this year? Fun times.
We had ours a week or two ago and the bar went on fire. I was studying at the time

See I didn't even know it was the two together? Or that it was rag week til on my way in yesterday met my a line of lads with cans? I was a bit jealous though at first.. it would be sweet to not have to think about anything right at the moment

I never enjoyed rag week

I was actually at NUIG rag week last year as it happens. It's the same as the ones in Dublin.
