I'll tell you what though, I was watching Reading at the weekend and what became clear was that the "pea-soup" hit hat thing has become a total staple for Brit-Indie-Bands, the only variation is doing the "pea-soup" thing with on the 16ths with two hands for the chorus... awful stuff...

yeah this my feeling as well...theyre the closest thing we have to balls out rock opera at the minute. mind you theyre pussies all the same. but youre dead right. knights of cydonia is good fun.
what really bugs me about muse is their constant need to change style. and their constant need to rip off well known classical stuff.

1)in my younger days i was putting the moves on this boy and in passing insulted muse..he turned around to me and said 'muse are fucking deadly' really seriously..we never spoke again..

2)the singer from muse once chatted up my mates friend by telling her that he is so small he has to order his clothes from japan..

3)imagine having to spend 3 weeks in the gaeltacht in 2007 and be woken up to 'yr out of yr mind' by truesteppers with victoria beckham and 'i wish i was a punk rocker' played 4 times in a row...
