Anyone see the new issue? there's two pages of photos by Ricky Adam from when he was still living in ireland. There's a Bastard Youth one,A Dagda one and a few others.
About time he got some of his photos in there.

i anyone does wanna get it they can always subscribe through me - 25 euro for 6 issues

I stopped getting mrr years ago, when they banned alternative tentacles bands, but somone left a copy in my house a while ago and I was reminded how much I loved mykel board's column. any fans?

I never stopped getting it,some "era's" have been better than others but the fact that it comes out every month has always been one thing that for me anyway made it better than many other zines.
I used to really like Board's columns but rarely read them these days,I guess that's what happens when you've read so many.
Unfortunatley I must confess to buying it for the adds more than anything these days. A few of the columns are ok but that's about it.

Possibly Punk Planet? A horrible mag if he does. I definately saw his name somewhere recently.

The columns I read tend to be about records so aren't really columns as such.

alternative tentacles bands aren't 'banned' - they were ignored for a while but things have changed over the past few years since Tim Yo died. Lawrence Livermore writes a regular column in punk planet these days

Punk planet is a complete rag in terms of the college rock shite they cover and the comprehensively shite reviews section, but the columns are top notch, worth the price of the rag alone.
