Internet acting dodgy. (1 Viewer)

For the last while, and i've no idea why, youtube has been loading up to about 32 seconds on nearly all videos and then stops. Will not shift any further.
Also, when i'm downloading my extremely important business files (ahem) from upload sites such as rapidshare or megaupload, i'll go through all the processes, fill in the boxes, click free user whatever, start downloading the file, and it'll stop some time later, telling me that its an incomplete RAR/ZIP file, whatever it may be.
I dunno, maybe i'm being a bit paro but is someone...watching me or something? I do download quite a bit, music movies that sort of thing. Any chance its my internet provider?
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Its sad how lonely i am without youtube.

Any streaming has been shit on my BT connection the last few months, ever since they 'upgraded'.
