Yea it's a fookin joke. The architect (US guy, Steven Holl) sold his soul to the devil a long time ago after doing interesting work early in his career. That he is resorting to building shite like this whilst wheeling out the most trite analogies to the Giant's Causeway (like, what the fuck does that have to do with anything) is a measure of how far he's fallen...
