I'm about to pay a google chrome developers fee of $5.00 for this lad in iran - he says he cannot do it. Is this foolish? I can see no information on the page to confirm whether or not my credit card will be attached to his account afterwards or if it is easy to remove

can't you use paypal?

I don't see a paypal option, I will check again . It looks like he will get a google payment account with my card attached if I use the card
