Do real-life A&R people actually turn up for this or have the organisers given up on that idea altogether in favour of gathering their favourite bands together for a few days to make everyone feel good about each other and the Irish scene man?

They've stopped signing real bands. They just create their own, put millions behind them and MAKE them stars (Mika, The Script, Sam Sparro ect...)

It was supposed to be 7 people but illness claimed one.

It was certainly the darkest venue we've ever played. Very odd.
