Hosting mp3s on a blog (1 Viewer)

How would I go about uploading mp3s that are on my PC onto a blog?

as far as I know you generally have to host them yourself and link to it

or find someone else who is hosting them.

that seems to be the general practice, which is why the same copy of an album goes around the blogs (every copy of Q and Not U's Power i've ever seen on a blog doesn't have the last two songs)

could use rapidshare.de to host you mp3s if they were in a .zip file or whatever
although i think that the link stays valid for a certain number of downloads or else a certain amount of time
