I bought some Harissa Paste. I dunno what to do with it, though, so suggestions please.

My sister does a great Moroccan veggie and bean stew made on a a base of tinned tomatoes and passata, it kinda like a thicker ratatouille with the addition of 2/3 types of beans, the harissa (and some fresh parsely and corriander) goes in at the end according to how spicy you can handle. It's served with cous cous. It does have a proper name but I can't think of it right now.
