govindas (2 Viewers)

i'm gonna ring them and tell them that their god will be displeased lest they feed me and me mates.

i got the moussaka, the rice, the uhhh peas and oniony stuff, some mixed bean stuff, and the stuff i thought was tofu for a long time but isn't. there was some broccoli and carrot in there too. €6.25

lovely stuff, although i hate onions

Paneer? Actually, does anyone know where that can be bought in Ireland?

It's easy enough to make if you have milk, some cheesecloth and some lemon juice. Or something. Broken Arm knows how properly. As does Wheels I think.

How can you not believe in onions? This is proof that they're loolah.

I KNOW! Garlic either. Bonkerz.

put a couple of litres of milk into a big pot. slowly bring to boil. as it starts to boil add lemon juice. when it has seperted properly put the curds into a cheese cloth, or a really clean teatowel even. squeeze out rest of whey. put in big bowl and weigh it down with something and put in fridge for a while. then cook

seems complicated but it isn't.

you can use the whey for making soup.

some people say to leave in fridge overnight but a couple of hours should do it.

do I need a disclaimer in case this goes wrong for anyone?

early one evening i saw this student looking couple holding hands and kicking the shutters of govindas on abbey street. weirdos
