How might one go about playing Clonmel?[/quote

don't know what way it works fully yet.we just stumbled onto this bill really.
I 'd say best thing to do is let us suss it out.we (locals)will be going to a few local and metal gigs as well to see the craic crowd size etc and to find out the finer points and whos whos.
the gigs seem to be always €5 with a raffle for a create of beer.
once we know the craic we will totally try to get some irish and only if its really worth it touring bands aswell.hopefully the promoter is sound and we can just hook him in to the gig circuit and reap the benefits of good gigs close by or maybe we might need to dabble a bit ourselves.
either way of course you been family :D drainland will be a priority.

Septic Pussy would love to play any gigs around the country in the next few montsh cos we should be bringing out an album pretty soon

We've just found a new venue in east Wicklow that is susceptible to heavy bands with a sound rocker owner who has a 30 seater bus and will pick people up from Tallaght who want to go to the gig. Look forward to a new venue in the touring circuit in the countryside, if people make the effort on attending the gigs, this will be an amazing place for a festival (also that the owner is already up for doing).

Also there is already a local music scene, so more local unseen bands.

comin' straight outta greystones, crazy motherfucker named some dude, from the gang called boggers with attitude

the piper inn is a great place...the owner has to be one of the soundest bar owners i've ever met...a pure gent...
plus they're all nuts in clonmel....

Ah now, east wicklow are hardly boggers. They're even worse than boggers, they're wannabe spud lovin culchies.
