On an unfunny note, what's the precedent for cannabis based psychosis as a defence?

I know that. It has it's own ICD code, F12.9 iirc.

I meant as a legal defence. If it is a valid defence I know one or two people who maybe shouldn't have gone to prison.

Though obviously the law is slightly different over here.
