I was wondering the same thing - I think a few phonecalls/letters are in order. On a dull day, when you look up and see only the flag and the sky..it seems like the world has changed from colour into black and white...and let me tell you it's a fucking scary experience. I thought I was about to die...or that I was already dead.

The flags are the work of Wilfredo Preito, a Cuban artist. The flags are intended as a striking statement of something or other. It's part of the Irish Museum of Modern Art's current celebration of Latin American art.
