I've been making a list of songs rather than albums. Loving this track so it's up there on my list....sounds like a mellow female Fugazi to me.

they're deadly, and kinda hot. The world needs more bands like Warpaint

Another great year for music. Best albums i got this year were defo Cold Wave and Minimal Electronics Vol 1 and The Minimal Tapes Volume 1. Haven't heard a better tune than this all year:

I don't know all her stuff, she started off back in the late 90's, i'd say get Body Talk parts I and II and III if you can. Just don't get that goddam single CD version, ragin' about it!

I've decided that Warpaint is actually not Femgazi but in fact

Radioheads rhythm section (circa 1997/8) + The Cure (1988-1991) with Madonna on vocals (Late eighties early nineties)


All meant as compliments. That's my two cents now someone will say they hate at least one of those bands and accuse me of being a wanna be NME journo (circa 1999) but hey do I give a shit ?

No I'm like Shaun Ryder (circa the day before he went on I'm a spa feed me penis)
