I'm sure this is going to be embarrassingly close the Pitchfork's end of year thing, but all of these are solidly deadly.

Haven't listened to nearly enough new music this year, but these are all pretty good:

Forest Swords - Dagger Paths
Jaga Jazzist - One Armed Bandit
Lower Dens - Twin Hand Movement
Sun Kil Moon - Admiral Fell Promises
Glasser - Ring
Menomena - Mines
Solar Bears - She Was Coloured In

I got hardly any 2010 albums. I'm frantically trying to think of them, they're all my favorites whatever they are

Boa Morte - The Dial Waltz
Cylobe - Wounded Galaxies Tap At The Window
Chris Cutler, Fred Frith, Thomas Dimuzio - Golden State
Misantropical Painforest - Firm Grip Of The Roots
Current 93 - Baalstorm, Sing Omega
Joseph Hammer - I Love You, Please Love Me Too

Groom's Marriage was my favourite album of the year by a distance. I'm sure that's because of a mixture of it being a brilliant album and me knowing them but sure there you go.

Also enjoyed immensely:
Field Music - Measure
Dinah Brand - I Can Walk Through
Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti - Before Today
GPO - The Ice Cream

Loved EPs by The Mantles and Yeh Deadlies.

I'm sure I'll like the Deerhunter album when I listen to it. Also been meaning to give that Radio Dept. album a spin.

I mostly listened to old music, as per usual with me.

off the top of me head,

new four tet
dustin wong - infinite love
ela orleans - ela orleans
quack quack - slow as an eyeball
lindstrom and christabelle - real life is no cool (2009?)
pantha du prince - black noise
laetitia sadier - the trip

That and the Janelle Monáe album (which I didn't like) are probably the only things released in 2010 that I listened to in 2010.
Just can't be arsed anymore. Music is a complete waste of time. :)

Field Music's measure was my favourite. So many good tunes. Other'n that, Twilight's Monument to Time End, (The) Dinah Brand and Groom LPs, This Is The Kit - Wriggle Out The Restless, Retribution Gospel Choir 2, Alasdair Roberts's Too Long In This Condition, Watain - Lawless Darkness, The Fall one, Blonde Redhead - Penny Sparkle. Albums that seem deadly but not listened to enough yet: Somadrone, Deerhunter, Agalloch, possibly Kylesa.

Well, I don't know the lads, and its probably my favourite too.

Also really liked Joanna Newsom, Arcade Fire, Dark Night of the Soul and Mountain Man
