Who Wants To Live Forever from A Kind Of Magic is amazing.

Live - Live Killers is deadly.

The first Queen LP I bought was The Works in 1984. Think they played the RDS that summer. Wasn't there.

"sheer heart attack". but - aside from the wonderfully perfect "killer queen" - my favourite queen songs remain "seven seas of rye" and "dont stop me now". S.H.A. is one of the best albums i have ever heard.

i heard Queen's "Greatest Hits" on a loop every day, for 10 days in a row, once a year, from the years 1986-1989. That is all.

I remember when "The Miracle" came out and me and my friend were looking at the horrible cover and listenin to it tryin to like it but having to admit defeat and then listening to Hendrix and Lizzy instead.

found out from reading a Status Quo biog (!) last night that knebworth in 1986 was Queens last ever gig (and also the biggest ever in england at the time?) wasn't some of "Live Magic" culled from that?

Funny how they couldn't carry their amazing live form into the studio.

The albums seemed to get shitter as their gigs got better.
