two minor things that push Eoin up the scale for me:
1)I'm in a band with him,so obviously I'm biased
2)Donal has dreads out the back of his head,which immediately makes me dislike anyone that has them (apart from Dunchee or Chris Black)

though having said that,Donal's alright and all.
