Electric Picnic 2008 (1 Viewer)

We had some good pies last year!!!!! I'm still going, yellow campsite, crate of yop, inflatable mattress and shed seven on the tape-deck...bliss

Have the campsite colours been decided yet?

I brought a cheap ghettoblaster in 2006, lens in CD player stopped working after five minutes. Bummer.

Is anyone bringing one this time.

€300 to rent!!??

Colours aren't pretentious enough... there's the Wilde, Chaplin, Warhol and Hendrix campsites. I'm not even shitting you.

uh-oh, have Sheebeen Chic been advising the organisers?

here: given that much of laois is waterlogged and flooded – and stradbally estate is straddled (no pun intended, but that is pretty smarmy of me) by a river........

they wouldnt cancel it, would they?

Wouldn't say a cancellation is on the cards.

but if the weather is anything like Saturday then the festival will be a balls.

Even if the rain eases off, wellies will probably be needed as the ground will be fairly mucky. Wellies, while essential, are not that comfortable and wearing them for three days won't be nice.

We're eh...probably organising some sort of a bus up from Killarney if we get it sorted, (ooh err better get onto them before it's too late..)

If you're still stuck for a lift and if we're going through Limerick and if we have a spare seat and if you don't mind being in the company of young people you'd be more than welcome to take a lift with us if you want.

...that's a lot of if's!!ninjaaaa

I'm slightly concerned about driving down this year in case I get fucking stuck in the car park.

Anyone know if it turns into a mess when it rains?
