Right, i've managed to secure a two bed flat on dominic street. It's directly across from the front door of the roisin, in that wooden arched gate between the card club and the chipper. The flat's pretty nice - two double rooms, bathroom (with bath), small enough kitchen and huge huge living room. There's a washer and dryer and all that, and (here's the beauty) both the bedrooms open individually onto a very large gravel area out the back (easily get thirty or more people out there). Rent for the whole gaff's e800, so one room's 400. First week's rent due friday 16th. I'm fairly easy to live with, only thing is i work at 6am most mondays to fridays, but if you're planning something during the week i can go stay at the lady's place, so there's no hassle that way, plus i'm gone june 2nd to july 3rd so you can have the place to yourself pretty much the first two weeks.
