Was thinking of getting that cheap Jedward Samsung Europa and using it on my Android Tablet as the phone give's you 15 gigs and all texts and most calls for 20 a month...Thks

you can get apps on the iphone that send the data in a different way so the supplier can't tell it's tethered data, i'm sure there's something similar for android

Got one, and its all enabled, straight outta the box, tablet and lappy running like a mofo, question! why would they have tethering enabled if they didn't allow you to use it?

I don't think they care what its used for really, no one is going to be using 15gb of data on regular surfing from a phone like. They expect people to tether.
