chocolate pudding. you know when it looks like a boring brown cakey mound on a plate? then you get your spoon, and penetrate the cakey exterior and the melted inside oozes out like molten lava.

Nicest I ever had was ice cream served in a warm pancake with an orange sauce. And it was free cos they'd fucked up our service all through the dinner.

Result.

Desserts will be the death of me: tiramasu, fresh fruit pavlova, anything with choux pastry, coffee slices, chocolate fudge cake, a good cheescake and not forgetting my mum's cherry trifle.

Oh what's the proper name for those really dark, nicely spiced fruit slices? They look something like a tea brack with pastry on the top and bottom. I haven't had one in years.

im gonna throw in crepes with nutella here!!dunno if i could eat one having eaten my dinner but they would generally fit under the umbrella term dessert i think!!

Easiest dessert in the world for dinner party: Swedish Dessert they all eat.

Blueberries, peeled sliced kiwi, strawberries, on the bottom of a pyrex, chop up
big bar of white choc, spread choc crumbles all over, put in oven for 30 at 200c. choc should be brown, then serve with whipped cream.
fuckin yum, tastes like toffee when the choc caramelises. nice combo of sweet (choc) and tart(berries). Make sure you but really fresh and not ripened fruit to achieve this sweet/tart diversity!

it was like soft meringue bunged into a bowl with a heap of fresh fruit thrown in for good measure. fooking divine.
