i vote for Wondering by Van der Graaf Generator. it starts off straightforward enough with some pretty music and singing but then at the end it spirals into this huge epic thing with amazing swirling church organs and keyboards and peter hammills vocals overdubbed into a choir for the background vocals and for the main vocals hes belting it out and all the vocals are repeating "wondering if its all been true". devastating.
